Anne Koutsoutis received a Master of Science degree from The Johns Hopkins University in Applied Behavioral Science /Organizational Development. She also has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from The American University. During her career, Anne managed financial functions in non-profit, academic, medical, defense and financial sectors.  Anne has supervised staff with responsibilities in financial reporting, planning, and information systems.  She began her career at Georgetown University as their Accounting Finance Manager   Later Anne joined The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory as Disbursements Director. As a consultant for United Airlines Anne was a project team leader during the implementation of United’s integrated accounting software system in Chicago, Illinois.

As a long time party activist Anne worked at The National Federation of Republican Women as their National Regent Coordinator. She was responsible for coordinating, and planning events that in included a White House fundraiser honoring First Lady Laura Bush and coordinating a Sky Box Fund Raiser at the 2008 National Republican Convention.

Anne was President of The Montgomery County Maryland Federation of Republican Women (MCFRW) 2016-2017. Anne is currently serving as the acting MCFRW First Vice- President.  She is also serving as the Standing Committee Campaign Chair for The Maryland Federation of Republican Women.  She also served as the President of the Olney Women’s Republican Club and was the editor of the Mid-Montgomery Women’s Republican Club newsletter.

As a Central Committee member Anne represents District 14, and serves as a precinct chair.  In August Anne was elected 1st Vice Chairman of the Montgomery County Republican Party.  Anne has also served as an election poll watcher at Benjamin Banneker Middle School in Burtonsville, MD.

Anne is a member of the Maryland Grass Roots Committee and is the State Chair for the Mighty American Strike Force.
