Direct Line w/Corine Frank and Kerry Gillespie
Kerry is a proud mama bear of four children and a marketing professional who found herself thrust into the role of activist when Maryland schools failed to reopen and her elected representatives failed to act in the best interest of our children. She felt she could sit on the sidelines no longer, and so began to speak out; at the board of education meetings, to our state legislature, and to the media. Her advocacy led her to run for state delegate, where she campaigned to bring parental rights and educational reform and improvements to the state of Maryland. Though her campaign was ultimately not successful, she has vowed to not give up her fight for our children, our schools, and our country, and is excited to continue that fight as Chair of the Maryland Alliance of Parents and Students.
