Jenny (Jianning) Zeng from Ellicott City is running for State Delegate of District 9A. She came from China to this country 20 years ago for a Ph.D. degree in Astrophysics, and to start a new life. I am a Christian, a mother, a software Engineer, and a farmer at heart.
She loves Maryland and is willing to do all she can to protect our beloved home state. That’s the reason why she is running for state delegate. She will listen to you and work with you to bring this community together.
