This past year has been incredibly difficult for all of us. But the perseverance I have seen from Marylanders has been nothing less than awe-inspiring. It’s this resilience, strength, and never-give-up mentality that inspired me to run for governor.
Over the past few years, we’ve come a long way, but there is still so much work we have left to do. Too many families and small businesses are still struggling to make ends meet. Across our state, businesses large and small are still reeling after months of closures and restrictions brought on by the pandemic.
I’m running for governor so we can continue to build upon all of our past successes and fulfill the great promise and potential of our state. Together, we can get Marylanders working, help our struggling families and small businesses, and restore and strengthen our economy.
Marylanders have always been incredibly resilient and pragmatic. From the mountains of Western Maryland to Baltimore City, the Eastern Shore, Southern Maryland, and my hometown of Frederick, we will chart a better and brighter future for all of our children.
