Meet Ashley Arias for Delegate 12b

Ashley Arias is a Glen Burnie resident seeking the Republican nomination for the newly formed House of Delegate seat 12b. Growing up and living in Glen Burnie for much of her life, Ashley wishes to be an advocate for the northern Anne Arundel County communities who often feel neglected from every level of government. Born as a 2nd generation immigrant in the working class, Ashley understands the core values of hard-work, family, and faith. From these core values, Ashley chose a life devoted to the service of others. In her day job, she is a bilingual case manager for the “Reach program” at the Anne Arundel Department of Health, assisting those less fortunate by guiding them through the bureaucratic process to finding help. Ashley and her family also volunteer their time at St. John Newman’s Church in helping in various capacities.

Ashley knows that only through dedicating time towards the service of others can we hope to achieve understanding and grow together as a healthy and sustainable community. Cultivating a healthy community through addressing crime concerns, promoting responsible small-business and redevelopment growth, and improving the quality of life through healthcare initiatives will be key pillars to Ashley’s campaign for delegate. Ashley is looking forward to reaching out and communicating with the voters, and gaining your support for her bid for delegate.
