Mrs. Nicole Acle, Councilmember (District 2), was appointed to the Wicomico County Council representing District #2 in July 2019 and elected into office in November 2020. Mrs. Acle attended the University of Indiana Pennsylvania for undergraduate and Penn State University for graduate school and is leadership trained for Disability Rights and Advocacy. She currently owns MNT (Medical Nutrition Therapies), LLC, a medical consulting business, Graceful Magnolia, LLC, a vacation rental management company and is the co-owner of a medical practice with her husband Dr. Fernando Acle. She currently serves on the Wicomico County Behavioral Health Authority, Department of Social Services and Local Health Improvement Coalition.

Mrs. Acle was appointed by Governor Hogan to the Department of Disabilities Assistive Technology Advisory Committee and serves as the Wicomico County Critical Area Commissioner.  Mrs. Acle received the Presidential and Governor’s “Award for Volunteer Service” in 2017.

Mrs. Acle is from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and relocated to the Eastern Shore 20 years ago with her husband Fernando. They have 3 children Grace 18, Gwendolyn 16 and Alexander 14.
